Stripes

Today's Prompt is Stripes

I like this picture because it goes behind regular stripe patterns in multiple ways. Stripe is defined as "a long narrow band or strip, typically of the same width throughout its length, differing in color or texture from the surface on either side of it".

The panels on the bench, the bricks on the ground, the receipts bar code, the arm rests and even the shadows make striped patterns. Not only are they stripes, but they have a definite contrast with each other in material, color and angle. When I saw them all in one place, I just had to take a picture. I think the bird there is also a nice accent, both because I find birds beautiful and because it's the only items that doesn't have exact stripes.
