Goody Gorilla July Box

I know I'm late in posting this but with school, packing, and general laziness haven't gotten around to posting this yet. I enjoy getting subscription boxes each month and like to get one or two, currently Julep and GoodyGorilla. This months' GoodyGorilla box was really good. It came with 6 items and a really nice variety.

1) Petite Brownie Bites from Sugar Bowl Bakery: This little brownie is organic and quite yummy. It has a nice soft fudge-like center with a lighter, drier outside. I wouldn't have tried this on its own so a definitely great find.

2) Organic Spring Jasmine Tea from MightyLeaf.com: This is a really nice green tea. It has a lot of flavor, a soft floral (jasine) scent and isn't bitter. The steep time is 3 minutes but even going a little over is still alright. Honestly, this is one of the best green tea's I've have in a while!

3) Veggie Sticks from The Daily Crave: I normally have pretty mixed feelings about any sort of veggie fry, stick, chip, etc. While they are healthy and occasionally very tasty (sweet potato is my favorite!), many are very strong, not very tasty, and overly oily. These, however, were great. None of the flavors were very strong, but they still tasted different. They give a nice crunch, and don't crumple easily, so I don't have many crumbs to worry about either!

4) Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup from Justin's: This pocket sized dessert is Gluten-Free, Vegan, and only 80 calories. It contains mostly dark chocolate, peanut butter and sea salt and is absolutely delicious! Now, normally I'm not a big fan of Peanut Butter and Chocolate but this has me sold. It's shell is slightly crisp and the sea salt is a yummy contrast. Surprisingly tied for first as my favorite treat in the box.

5) Organic Cheddar Bunnies from Annie's: Out of all the items in the box, this was the only brand I have tried before. I've had the bunnies before but was pleasantly surprised to seem them here. They're a yummy, cheesier and healthier alternative to Goldfish or Cheez-Itz, though slightly more expensive and thus a good deal with this box.

6) Fruit and Nut Trail Mix Granola Bar from Nature Valley: I am actually allergic to tree nuts so I couldn't eat this. GoodyGorilla normally includes one item with tree nuts in each box, as a warning to others. Despite this, it seems like a good choice, though more main stream than the other products since I've had Nature Valley bars multiple times and most other people I know have to.
